Welcome to belivin' residence
Our mission, under the concept "Aob Aom," integrates the warm welcome and cultural essence of Thais, the "Aob Aom Ari," into all services at belivin’.
Vacation Residence
This 80-year-old building was the residence of an extended Chinese-Thai family. According to tradition, the family occupied the whole building and had their sugar trading business on the ground floor. About 35-40 people used to live under the same roof!

"This was my first time in Bangkok and belivin'99 was an amazing place to stay.
Everything was super clean and organized. The organizers and helpers were very responsive to all our needs.
The room was big and very functional, very nice and clean bathroom.
We had left one of our belongings in our room, and they shipped it to us without any charges and in very good condition.
I would stay there again if I visit. Thank you!

We absolutely LOVED it here!! Everything was perfect!
The hosts were the best! Communication was easy, they helped us with anything we needed and were so welcoming

The room was so modern, clean and well furnished. Huge, comfortable bed, kitchen with a high quality equipment, huge fridge and the bathroom was very clean.
There was a washing machine on the corridor for cheap washing.
Good location! China Town around the corner and supermarkets in front of the door.
We will definitely come back here and we thank Hao and Pat ver much!

The studio is super cozy, new furniture and tastefully decorated. Very comfortable bed, air conditioning, mini kitchen and fridge, full and spacious bathroom that does not lack detail, soap, shampoo, dryer, etc.
Definitely a place I would go back to.
